RI- White Chrome Pigment

Use White Chrome Pigment to add a beautiful clear pearlescent sheen to any base color!

Instructions:

1. Apply base coat, then your choice of color.
2. Apply a layer of non-wipe gel topcoat & cure.
3. Use silicone brush or cosmetic sponge to buff a thin layer of pigment onto nail surface. 
4. Brush off excess powders off the nail and cuticle area.
5. Apply a thin layer of Crystal Clear builder to prevent chipping (optional).
6. Seal with top coat, such as our Top Coat with Tacky Layer
